Kirk and Ann Worthington

Ann Worthington – CEO, President, Administrator
Ann runs all the internal operations of the business. Purchase Orders, invoices, collections, project management etc… Ann’s early years were spent managing the office of a real estate continuing education company. After raising two children and receiving the Austin council of PTA Oak Tree Award for volunteerism, she started Worthington Contract Furniture.

Kirk Worthington – Vice President, Director of Sales
Kirk began his career in 1983 in Austin Texas working for Hoover Brothers Inc. selling furniture and equipment. He continued this role his whole career and furnished complete school projects. Hoovers was sold to J.L. Hammett, which in turn was sold to School Specialty. After two mergers, Kirk left and started Worthington Contract Furniture in 2004 with his wife of 30 years, Ann. He has worked with every school Architect in Austin and San Antonio as well as every major school general contractor.

John Rogers, Vice President, Contract Sales (Retired 12-31-2021)

Isela Beardslee, Business Development
Isela came to Worthington Contract Furniture in 2012, after a 10-year career in the architecture industry. A majority of her experience comes from working on K-12 schools in Central Texas, doing schematic planning, design development, and construction drawings and has followed the project all the way from start to finish while working with the owner/client, consultants, and design team.

Nancy Edmonds, Project Manager
Nancy has been in the construction industry for over 32 years. Initially with PageSoutherlandPage, a prominent Austin architectural and engineering firm. Since then, she has worked primarily with VRW Construction Company, Inc in Contract Administration, Project Administration, HUB Coordination, as well as assistant-project management.  Prior to joining Worthington Nancy did project management at Sabre Commercial Inc. Nancy’s immense background in construction helps round out our team.

Selina Perez Thompson, Senior Furniture Consultant
Selina has a degree in Interior Design and has worked doing interior space planning for over 20 years. She brings higher education, City and Government project experience to the team.

Ronnie Kincaid, Director of New Business Development
Ronnie has a vast knowledge of the inner workings at all levels of school administration due to a very successful career as a school Superintendent and former Executive Director of Region XIV Educational Service Center in Abilene, Texas. He is well connected with many educators throughout Texas.
